Refund policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7-14 days from date of purchase for a size exchange or if product is damaged in transit. Limited to one return per transaction. 
• Return shipping charges will be covered for size exchange or if product is damaged in transit. Limited to one return per transaction.
•  All returns due to shipping damage during transit must be reported within 1-2 days of delivery date to receive a replacement or refund. See shipping policy.

Refunds

• Full refunds are returned for items damaged in transit and were reported within 1-2 days of delivery date.
• Refunds will be returned using the same method of payment processed at the time of purchase.
• Allow 2-3 weeks to receive refund.
